Two senior-level executives have resigned from Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited for personal reasons. Mr. Umesh Kumar Bansal, Chief Business Officer - Zee Studios, has resigned with his last working day on May 31, 2026 after more than 10 years with the company. Ms. Laxmi Shetty, another senior management personnel, has also resigned effective November 9, 2026 after an impressive 21-year tenure, serving a 180-day notice period. Both resignations were accepted by CEO Punit Goenka with regret.
