Zee Learn Ltd has published its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. On a standalone basis, total income grew 21% to Rs 158.32 crore in Q4 and 17% to Rs 457.49 crore for the full year. However, standalone profit after tax declined 27% to Rs 34.96 crore in Q4 and 17% to Rs 40.30 crore for FY26. On a consolidated basis, performance was significantly stronger with total income more than doubling to Rs 289.12 crore in Q4 and growing 45% to Rs 716.03 crore for the year. Consolidated profit after tax surged 211% to Rs 53.26 crore in Q4 and 143% to Rs 115.31 crore for FY26. The company declared a dividend of Rs 3 per equity share (face value Rs 1), representing a 300% payout. EPS improved from Rs 7.61 to Rs 22.35 on consolidated basis.
Consolidated revenue and profit showed strong growth year-on-year, driven by the education segment, though standalone profit declined due to possible holding company costs. The 300% dividend payout signals confidence in cash generation. The stock (ZEELEARN, Code: 533287) may see positive reaction given the robust consolidated numbers despite standalone weakness.
