Zee Learn Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Nanette D'sa as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective April 02, 2026. She brings approximately 3 decades of experience across academics, business, marketing, branding, franchising and licensing. Her background includes work with international brands such as Disney, Mattel, and Star TV, as well as Indian brands in the education sector (Brainworks/Kangaroo Kids) and food industry (Sanjeev Kapoor Restaurants). She holds an EDP from Northwestern University, USA and a master's in marketing management from NMIMS. She is not related to any existing Board member. She will hold office until the ensuing General Meeting or within three months, whichever is earlier, and her appointment is subject to member approval and retirement by rotation.
