Zenith Fibres reported Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) revenue from operations of ₹972.02 lakh, down about 5.8% from ₹1,031.42 lakh in the same quarter last year. Total income stood at ₹1,063.13 lakh versus ₹1,111.50 lakh a year ago. Net profit after tax came in at ₹37.82 lakh, a sharp ~29% drop from ₹53.17 lakh in Q1 FY25. EPS for the quarter was ₹0.96 compared to ₹1.35 earlier. Segment-wise, the Manmade Fibre business turned in a loss of ₹79.56 lakh while the Wind Mill segment contributed a profit of ₹41.80 lakh. The statutory auditor (Surendra Modiani & Associates) issued a clean, unqualified limited review report on the results. The Board also approved continuation of Independent Director Mrs. Rashmi Desai beyond age 75 and appointed Mr. Upendra Shukla as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30).
Soft quarter for shareholders — both revenue and profits declined year-on-year, with the core Manmade Fibre segment slipping into a loss. Short-term sentiment may be mildly negative, though the clean audit report and stable reserves (₹5,250.73 lakh) suggest no structural concerns.
