Zepto IPO anchor book nears closure; Norges, Motilal Oswal may take 40-45%

Zepto's IPO anchor book is nearing closure, with Norges Bank and Motilal Oswal expected to corner 40-45 percent of the anchor portion, which itself is likely to be 30-45 percent of the overall issue estimated at around Rs 11,000 crore. The issue is being priced at a valuation of USD 5.1 billion, a moderation from the USD 7 billion valuation it commanded in October 2025. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 8,010 crore and an offer for sale of 11.35 crore equity shares, and the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 22,624 crore for FY26.
