ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India (formerly WABCO INDIA) reported strong FY2026 results with standalone revenue of Rs 4,055.48 crores, up 6.6% from Rs 3,804.09 crores in FY2025. Standalone PAT grew 10.5% to Rs 506.68 crores versus Rs 458.66 crores, while consolidated PAT increased 12.2% to Rs 517.15 crores. EPS on consolidated basis improved to Rs 272.65 from Rs 242.90. The company received unmodified (clean) audit opinions from B S R & Co. LLP for both standalone and consolidated financials. The Board also approved a Rs 4 per share dividend and announced a 5:1 bonus share issue, besides increasing authorised capital from Rs 10 crores to Rs 60 crores. An exceptional item of Rs 793.51 lakhs was recognised due to new labour codes. The company invested Rs 30 crores in its wholly-owned subsidiary ZF MIPL.
Solid operational performance with double-digit PAT growth and strong cash flows of Rs 809 crores signal financial health. The bonus issue and capital increase indicate management confidence, but revenue growth of ~7% is moderate and may limit immediate re-rating. The clean audit removes key investor concerns.
