ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India (formerly WABCO India) announced its Q2 and H1 FY26 results on November 4, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations came in at ₹90,180 lakhs for Q2 FY26, marginally lower than ₹90,670 lakhs in Q2 FY25, while H1 FY26 revenue grew ~1% to ₹1,86,503 lakhs versus ₹1,84,501 lakhs last year. Standalone profit after tax for Q2 FY26 was ₹10,647 lakhs (slightly down from ₹10,934 lakhs YoY), but H1 FY26 PAT rose about 9% to ₹22,664 lakhs from ₹20,856 lakhs, with H1 EPS improving to ₹119.49 from ₹109.96. Other income jumped notably to ₹4,452 lakhs in Q2 from ₹3,965 lakhs YoY, helping offset slightly higher employee costs. On the board, Dr. Christian Brenneke resigned effective November 4 due to his expanding role at ZF Group, and Mr. Ivan Brajdic was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director from November 5, with a postal ballot planned to seek shareholder approval.
Results show broadly stable topline with mid-single-digit bottom-line growth on a half-year basis, supported by higher other income, which should be mildly positive for sentiment. The director change is a routine internal succession within the ZF Group and unlikely to materially affect operations or shareholder value.
