ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹96,323 lakhs for Q1 FY26, up about 2.7% from ₹93,831 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Standalone profit after tax grew roughly 21% to ₹12,017 lakhs (vs ₹9,921 lakhs), while profit before tax rose to ₹16,148 lakhs from ₹13,326 lakhs, helped by a sharp jump in other income to ₹6,705 lakhs (likely dividend from subsidiary). Basic EPS for the quarter rose to ₹63.36 from ₹52.31. On a consolidated basis, revenue came in at ₹97,556 lakhs (up ~3.2% YoY) with PAT of ₹12,238 lakhs (up ~23% YoY) and EPS of ₹64.52. Both standalone and consolidated results were reviewed by statutory auditor B S R & Co. LLP with an unqualified limited review report. The board approved the results at its meeting on 12 August 2025.
Earnings growth comfortably outpaced revenue growth, supported by higher other income, which is a positive signal for shareholders in the near term. The clean (unqualified) auditor review and steady margins suggest no immediate red flags, though the bump in PAT is partly driven by non-operating income rather than core topline expansion.
