ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India reported its highest ever quarterly and annual results for FY26. Q4 revenue was INR1,197 crores (up 15.2% YoY) with PAT of INR146.3 crores. Full year revenue stood at INR4,302 crores (up 9.2%) with PAT of INR517 crores. Q4 margins declined 230 bps sequentially due to commodity cost pressures (aluminum prices rose ~18%) and salary increases, with management guiding for flat to single-digit margin growth in FY27. The company announced a 5:1 bonus share issue and INR4 per share dividend. ADAS regulation effective October 2027 - the company already secured orders from 2 OEMs for full ADAS suite. Export revenue declined 11% due to U.S. market weakness (-22% in Q4), though early recovery signs are emerging. FY27 capex guidance is INR180-190 crores.
Strong domestic demand and upcoming safety regulations (ESC/ADAS from 2027) provide structural growth visibility, but near-term margin pressures from commodities and geopolitical uncertainties warrant caution. The bonus issue signals management confidence and should improve liquidity.
