Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Limited has published its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 FY26 and half year ended September 30, 2025 in The Free Press Journal (English) and Nav Shakti (Marathi), as required under SEBI LODR regulations. For Q2 FY26, standalone total income from operations stood at approximately Rs. 93.09 crore, up from about Rs. 88.24 crore in Q2 FY25, a growth of roughly 5.5% year-on-year. However, standalone net profit before tax declined to about Rs. 3.22 crore from Rs. 3.80 crore in Q2 FY25, and total comprehensive income fell to Rs. 2.57 crore from Rs. 3.18 crore. Standalone EPS for Q2 FY26 came in at Rs. 4.54, down from Rs. 5.87 in Q2 FY25, while consolidated Q2 FY26 EPS was Rs. 3.54.
Mixed picture for shareholders: revenue grew modestly but profitability weakened both quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year, with margins under pressure. Investors should watch whether the company can translate its diamond and jewellery business growth into better earnings in coming quarters.
