Zota Health Care reported the store count update for its Davaindia retail chain for the October-December 2025 quarter (Q3FY26). The company added 276 net new stores during the quarter, taking the total Davaindia store count to 2,331 as of December 31, 2025, up from 2,055 at the end of September 2025. Of the new openings, 231 were company-owned and operated (COCO) stores, which are run by its wholly-owned subsidiary Davaindia Health Mart Limited, bringing COCO stores to 1,438. The remaining 45 new stores were franchise-owned franchise-operated (FOFO) outlets, taking FOFO count to 893. This represents one of the largest quarterly expansions for the Davaindia network so far.
Strong store expansion signals continued growth momentum in the Davaindia retail business, which is a key growth driver for Zota Health Care. A larger store footprint could translate into higher revenues in coming quarters, though investors should watch for margin trends as the COCO model expands faster than the asset-light FOFO model.
