Zota Health Care has allotted 14,734 fully paid-up equity shares (face value Rs. 10) to one non-promoter warrant holder, Monika Rajesh Agarwal, upon conversion of warrants at Rs. 509 per share (including a Rs. 499 premium). The company received Rs. 56.24 lakh as 75% warrant exercise money. As a result, the paid-up equity capital rose from Rs. 30.31 crore (3,03,17,921 shares) to Rs. 30.33 crore (3,03,32,655 shares). This is part of a larger preferential warrant issue of 26,44,836 warrants originally allotted on August 14, 2024, of which 12,67,302 warrants remain outstanding and can still be converted within the 18-month exercise window.
This is a minor dilution event (14,734 shares is a very small fraction of total share count), so impact on existing shareholders is negligible. The continued conversion of warrants shows the warrant holder is exercising their option, which brings in fresh capital for the company but slightly increases the share count.
