On May 29, 2025, the board of ZR2 Bioenergy Ltd approved the resignation of Ms. Vandana Gupta as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from the close of business on May 28, 2025. In her place, Ms. Shital Suresh Gurav (a qualified CS with over 3 years of compliance experience) was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from May 29, 2025.
