Zuari Industries Limited has announced that its 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 24 September 2025 at 3:00 PM through video conferencing. The company has fixed Wednesday, 17 September 2025 as both the record date and the cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote at the AGM. The share transfer books will remain closed from Thursday, 18 September 2025 to Wednesday, 24 September 2025 (both days inclusive).
