Adani Ports handled 42.5 MMT of total cargo in February 2026, up 16% year-on-year. Growth was led by containers (up 14% YoY) and dry cargo (up 15% YoY). Year-to-date cargo volume stood at 454.7 MMT, up 11% YoY, with container volumes growing 20% YoY. Logistics rail volume in February was 52,101 TEUs (up 3% YoY), while GPWIS volume was 1.7 MMT (down 8% YoY). On a YTD basis, logistics rail volumes rose 10% to 640,280 TEUs, while GPWIS volumes were largely flat at 19.7 MMT.
Strong double-digit YoY cargo growth signals healthy operational momentum and port utilization, which is positive for revenue and profitability. The minor dip in GPWIS coal volumes is a small negative but is offset by robust container and dry cargo performance overall.
