ASK Automotive reported its highest-ever quarterly EBITDA and EBITDA margin in Q1 FY26. Revenue excluding the strategically reduced Wheel Assembly business grew 11.1% YoY, while consolidated revenue rose 3.5% to Rs. 895 crore. EBITDA jumped 19.3% to Rs. 123 crore with margins expanding 183 basis points to 13.8%, driven by economies of scale, higher capacity utilization at the Karoli facility, ramp-up of the new Bangalore plant, and cost optimization. PAT grew 16.3% YoY to Rs. 66 crore, with EPS at Rs. 3.35. The company commands roughly 50% market share in India's two-wheeler advanced braking systems, and is expanding into EV components, passenger vehicles, exports, and renewable energy usage.
Strong Q1 results with margin expansion and double-digit earnings growth reinforce ASK's operational momentum and pricing power. The deliberate exit from low-margin Wheel Assembly business and capacity ramp-up suggest further margin upside, which is positive for shareholders and likely to support the stock in the near term.
