ASK Automotive will hold its 38th AGM on August 7, 2026 at 12 PM via video conferencing. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.85 (92.5 percent) per equity share of face value Rs 2 for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Record date is July 31, 2026 and dividend will be paid on or before September 5, 2026 through electronic mode only. NSDL has been appointed to facilitate remote e-Voting. AGM notice and annual report will be sent electronically to registered members.
Shareholders on record by July 31, 2026 will receive Rs 1.85 per share dividend if approved at the AGM on August 7, 2026.
