ASK Automotive reported its 10th consecutive quarter of strong performance post-listing. Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue grew 35.3% YoY (35.3% including 8% aluminium price pass-through and -2.7% wheel assembly strategic reduction, real growth ~30%). Q4 EBITDA was Rs. 140 Cr (31.1% YoY) with margin at 12.1%, impacted by 80 bps due to aluminium price denominator effect. Q4 PAT was Rs. 72 Cr (24.2% YoY). For FY26, consolidated revenue grew 16.2% (20.1% on real net revenue basis excluding alloy pass-through and wheel assembly), EBITDA was Rs. 551 Cr (24.1% YoY) at 13.1% margin, and EPS rose to Rs. 15.08 from Rs. 12.56. All three product segments outperformed the industry growth of 11.8%: advanced braking systems +17%, aluminium precision solutions +30%, safety control cables +14%. Independent aftermarket grew 24.7% driven by GST 2.0 (GST rate reduced from 28% to 18%), allowing the company to capture share from grey market operators. Strategic reduction in low-margin wheel assembly business is complete from April 1, 2026. Management guided mid-teens revenue growth for FY27 and expects to sustain current EBITDA margins. FY27 capex is planned at Rs. 400 Cr (Rs. 40-50 Cr maintenance). Alloy wheel revenues are expected at Rs. 90-100 Cr in FY27 and Rs. 220 Cr in FY28. Key near-term risks include aluminium price volatility (rose from Rs. 285 to Rs. 365), geopolitical disruptions affecting exports, and rising minimum wages in some states (being compensated by OEMs).
ASK Automotive continues to outperform the two-wheeler industry with diversified growth across braking, aluminium precision solutions, and safety cables. New products (alloy wheels, sunroof) and the GST 2.0 tailwind in the aftermarket provide multi-year growth visibility. However, aluminium price volatility and geopolitical headwinds on exports remain near-term risks.
