Atul Auto Limited reported its three-wheeler sales for October 2025. Total domestic sales rose 7.59% year-on-year to 3,543 units, led by a 12.85% jump in IC engine three-wheeler volumes to 2,590 units. Domestic EV-L3 sales slipped 4.69% to 792 units, while EV-L5 sales (via subsidiary Atul Greentech) fell 3.59% to 161 units. Including exports, overall volumes grew 5.08% YoY to 4,012 units. For FY25-26 year-to-date, total domestic plus export sales stand at 20,190 units, up 4.96%, with IC engine vehicles up 12.46% and EV-L3 continuing to lag with a 21.33% decline.
Steady growth in the core IC engine three-wheeler business is a positive for revenue, but the sharp and sustained drop in EV-L3 volumes highlights ongoing weakness in the electric passenger three-wheeler segment, which may weigh on the company's long-term EV transition plans.
