AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 2,41,350 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each on August 2, 2025, following the exercise of Employee Stock Options under its ESOP 2015 Plan B, ESOP 2016, ESOP 2018, ESOP 2020, and ESOP 2023 plans. The largest tranche was 1,43,315 shares under ESOP 2023.
