Bajaj Auto reported May 2025 total sales of 3.84 lakh units, up 8% from 3.55 lakh units a year earlier. Two-wheeler sales rose 9% to 3.32 lakh units, powered by a 20% jump in exports to 1.41 lakh units while domestic 2W volumes were nearly flat at 1.91 lakh units. Commercial vehicle sales grew 5% to 52,251 units, helped by a sharp 37% rise in exports even though domestic CV volumes fell 7%. For the April-May 2025 YTD period, total sales were up 1% at 7.50 lakh units, but domestic volumes slipped 6% and domestic 2W volumes dropped 6%, pointing to softness at home.
