Bajaj Auto Ltd has fixed Friday, 29 May 2026 as the Record Date for determining shareholder entitlement to dividend for FY 2025-26 (ended 31 March 2026). The Board of Directors has recommended the dividend, which is subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting. If approved, payment will be made on or around Friday, 24 July 2026.
