Bajaj Consumer Care reported Q4 FY'25 consolidated revenue of INR 247 crores, up 5.4% year-on-year and 7.1% sequentially, while full-year FY'25 revenue stood at INR 950 crores with a low single-digit decline. Standalone EBITDA margin was 14.1% for Q4 and 14.7% for the full year, with PAT margins of 13.1% and 14.0% respectively. The Almond Drops Hair Oil (ADHO) brand grew 3% YoY in Q4 with sequential recovery, while the Almond Drops Hair & Skin Care range surged 73% YoY. Coconut oil maintained steady monthly revenues of around INR 10 crores. Modern trade grew 30% YoY, e-commerce 33%, and the international business posted 30% YoY growth in Q4. The company completed 49% acquisition of Vishal Personal Care (Banjara's brand) with the remaining 51% expected in Q1 FY'26.
Management expressed confidence in FY'26 delivering strong revenue growth and improving EBITDA margins, targeting 16-18% EBITDA as a basic minimum and indicating potential upside. The Banjara's acquisition opens South India distribution, distribution expansion via Project Aarohan is gaining traction, and demand recovery in general trade is underway—all positive signals for shareholders, though near-term margin recovery remains contingent on copra prices stabilising.
