Bajaj Consumer Care delivered a strong Q4 FY26 with standalone revenue of INR 308 crores (up 28% YoY) and consolidated revenue of INR 327 crores (up 32% YoY). For the full year, the company crossed INR 1,000 crores for the first time with revenue of INR 1,153 crores (21% growth). Gross margin improved significantly to 63% in Q4 and 60% for full year, a 650 basis point improvement driven by strategic pricing actions, mix improvement, and pack optimization (MLH reductions). Q4 EBITDA margin expanded to 25% on standalone basis. The company identified input cost inflation from LLP and packaging materials due to Gulf war conditions but confirmed it has inventory coverage and will take pricing actions. Project Aarohan distribution expansion is delivering 2-4% growth delta and will expand to 5 new states in FY27. Management targets growing the non-ADHO portfolio from INR 225 crores to INR 500 crores over 3 years.
Strong turnaround performance with margin recovery to multi-year highs demonstrates successful execution of brand and distribution strategies. Input cost inflation from geopolitical factors remains a key watch item for FY27 margins.
