Bank of India has released its Annual Report for FY 2025-26. The bank posted a net profit of Rs 10,527 crore, up 14.19% YoY from Rs 9,219 crore in FY25. Operating profit grew 4% to Rs 17,049 crore. Global business mix reached Rs 16.99 lakh crore with 14.57% growth. Global deposits stood at Rs 9.27 lakh crore (13.56% growth) and advances at Rs 7.71 lakh crore (15.82% growth). Asset quality improved significantly with gross NPA falling from 3.27% to 1.98% and net NPA from 0.82% to 0.56%. The RAM segment (Retail, Agriculture, MSME) now constitutes 58.74% of total advances. Capital adequacy ratio stands at 18.01%. The board has recommended a dividend of Rs 4.65 per share for FY26.
