Bank of India has reshuffled the portfolios of four Chief General Managers (CGMs) effective January 7, 2026. Shri Ashok Kumar Pathak has moved from Retail, Rural, MSME & Financial Inclusion to Corporate Credit, Treasury, International and FBD. Shri Sharda Bhushan Rai has shifted from Resource Mobilization, CEBB, Publicity, Marketing, Wealth Management, Third Party Products and Govt. Business to Credit Monitoring, Recovery, SARD and Legal. Shri Nitin G Deshpande and Shri Prashant Thapliyal have swapped the same set of portfolios in the reverse direction. This is purely an internal administrative rotation of senior executives and does not involve any new appointments or departures from the bank.
No material impact on shareholders or the stock; this is a routine internal portfolio reshuffle of senior management that does not signal any strategic shift or change in leadership at the board level.
