BEML Limited reported its highest-ever annual revenue of Rs. 4,351 crores for FY 2025-26, up 8.16% YoY, alongside record Q4 revenue of Rs. 1,794 crores. The company achieved record Value of Production of Rs. 4,239 crores and the highest-ever order book of Rs. 15,896 crores. R&D investment surged 150% to Rs. 251 crores (6.25% of revenue). However, net profit declined significantly to Rs. 14,750 lakhs from Rs. 29,419 lakhs in the previous year. The Board declared a 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.30 per share (46%) and recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.55 per share (11%), with total dividend aggregating to Rs. 5.35 per equity share for the year.
Strong revenue growth and record order book are positives, but the near 50% decline in net profit may concern investors despite the consistent dividend payouts. The stock split (face value Rs. 10 to Rs. 5) completed in November 2025 increased share liquidity.
