Blue Dart Express reported audited standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 6,14,088 lakhs for FY2026, up about 7.4% from Rs. 5,72,018 lakhs in FY2025. Standalone PAT was Rs. 24,463 lakhs vs Rs. 23,969 lakhs, a modest increase. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 6,18,210 lakhs with PAT of Rs. 27,592 lakhs vs Rs. 24,981 lakhs. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 25 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. An exceptional item of Rs. 4,436 lakhs was recognized due to the implementation of new Labour Codes (effective November 2025), impacting employee benefits (Rs. 2,186 lakhs) and freight/servicing costs (Rs. 2,250 lakhs). The Statutory Auditor issued an unmodified opinion with no qualifications.
Revenue grew at a moderate single-digit rate; PAT improvement was marginal on a standalone basis after absorbing one-time labour code costs. The dividend signals continued shareholder returns, but investors should note the exceptional charge reduced reported profitability.
