Blue Dart Express has submitted copies of newspaper clippings of its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) financial results, as published in The Economic Times and Maharashtra Times (Mumbai editions) on July 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose to ₹1,449.92 crore from ₹1,142.71 crore in Q1 FY25, a YoY jump of roughly 27%. Standalone basic and diluted EPS climbed to ₹19.78 from ₹11.78 a year earlier. On a consolidated basis, Q1 FY26 revenue grew to ₹1,441.91 crore, but net profit after tax slipped to ₹65.13 crore versus ₹71.03 crore in Q1 FY25. For the full year FY25 (audited), standalone revenue stood at ₹5,710.11 crore and consolidated EPS at ₹106.38. The results were approved by the Board on July 29, 2025 with no audit qualifications.
Strong double-digit revenue growth and a sharp rise in standalone EPS point to healthy operating momentum, but the modest YoY decline in consolidated net profit may temper near-term sentiment. The stock could see a balanced reaction given the mixed profitability picture.
