BSL Limited has fixed Thursday, 21st August 2025 as the record date to determine members entitled to receive the final dividend for F.Y. 2024-25, if declared at the AGM. The 54th Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 28th August 2025 at 4:00 PM via video conferencing, with the registered office in Bhilwara, Rajasthan as the deemed venue. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 22nd August 2025 to 28th August 2025 (both days inclusive). Remote e-voting will run from 24th August (9:00 AM) to 27th August 2025 (5:00 PM), and the final dividend, if declared, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM, subject to TDS deductions.
Investors must hold BSL shares by 21st August 2025 to be eligible for the F.Y. 2024-25 final dividend, if approved at the AGM. The actual dividend amount is not yet announced and will be determined at the AGM on 28th August 2025.
