Capital Small Finance Bank will transfer equity shares of shareholders whose dividends have remained unclaimed for seven or more consecutive years (FY 2018-19) to the IEPF Authority. The bank has published notices in Business Standard and Nawan Zamana newspapers, and has also sent individual letters to affected shareholders via Speed Post. Shareholders have until November 03, 2026 to claim their dividends and stop the transfer. After this date, shares and unclaimed dividends will move to IEPF without further notice. This is a routine annual compliance under SEBI listing rules and Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013.
Shareholders with unclaimed dividends since FY 2018-19 must act before November 3, 2026 or lose shares to IEPF. No direct stock price impact.
