Capri Global Capital shared its FY25 corporate presentation highlighting strong business growth. Assets under Management (AUM) grew 46% year-on-year to ₹2,28,602 crore, with a 49% CAGR over the last two years. Profit after tax rose 71% to ₹4,785 crore, while return on equity improved to 11.76%. The company expanded its branch network to 1,111 across 19 states and grew its customer base to nearly 5.5 lakh. Asset quality strengthened, with gross NPA falling to 1.53% and net NPA to 0.90%. Co-lending contributed 17.85% of AUM and now drives 33% of non-interest income. The loan book remains 100% secured and granular, spread across MSME loans (23%), gold loans (35%), housing finance (23%) and construction finance (18%), with no single product above 35% of AUM.
The presentation reinforces Capri Global as a fast-growing, well-diversified retail-focused NBFC with improving profitability and asset quality. Shareholders can read this as a positive signal on execution and management's growth roadmap, though it is an investor-relations update rather than a fresh business trigger.
