Capri Global Capital delivered its highest ever quarterly profit of INR283 crores in Q4 FY26, up 59% year-on-year, with full year PAT of INR949 crores (98% YoY growth). Consolidated AUM reached INR36,623 crores, growing 60% YoY. Asset quality improved significantly with gross NPA declining to 0.9% from 1.5% previously. The company secured investment-grade ratings from Fitch (BB-) and Moody's (Ba3). Management provided FY27 PAT guidance of INR1,300 crores and FY27 AUM target of INR46,000 crores, with FY28 targets of INR57,000 crores AUM, ROE of 16-18%, and ROA of 4-4.5%. Gold loan business now comprises 46% of AUM with management targeting up to 50% gold loan mix. Cost-to-income ratio improved to 49.4% from 54.8%. The company plans to add 700-800 branches over 2 years, with 350 gold loan branches targeted for FY27.
