Notice: Shares of unclaimed dividend holders to be moved to IEPF

Ceejay Finance has published a newspaper notice to shareholders stating that equity shares of those who have not claimed dividends for seven consecutive years (from 2018-19 Final Dividend) will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) as per IEPF Rules, 2016. Individual notices were sent on July 20, 2026 to affected shareholders. Shareholders are advised to claim unpaid dividend on or before October 27, 2026, failing which shares will be transferred to IEPF without further notice.
