Central Bank of India has declared and paid the 4th Interim Dividend at 6% for FY 2025-26, presenting a cheque of ₹484.82 crore to Union Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman. The cumulative Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26 stands at 12%, including interim dividends from the first three quarters. Total Dividend payout to Government of India for FY 2025-26 amounts to ₹969.64 crore. The bank highlighted strong financial performance and improved profitability as the reason for the dividend payout. As of March 31, 2026, the bank has total business of over ₹8.12 lakh crore with CASA deposits at 47.30% and serves around 8.26 crore customers through approximately 22,129 branches/ATMs/BC touch points.
