Intimation to Shareholders of Bank about Record Date for 4th Interim Dividend Payment and TDS

Central Bank of India has declared its 4th interim dividend of Rs. 0.60 per equity share with a face value of Rs. 1 each for FY 2025-26. The Board declared this dividend at its meeting held on Thursday, 30th April 2026. The record date for determining shareholder eligibility to receive the dividend has been fixed as Friday, 8th May 2026. TDS will be deducted at source as per Income Tax Act 1961 provisions. Shareholders can submit Form 15G/15H by 8th May 2026 to claim exemption from TDS deduction. The bank has also advised shareholders holding shares in physical form to update their KYC details and account nominations.
Shareholders appearing in the records as of 8th May 2026 will be eligible to receive Rs. 0.60 per share dividend, subject to TDS deductions. Investors should submit tax exemption forms before the record date to avoid unnecessary tax deductions.
