Credo Brands Marketing (MUFTI), the owner of Mufti jeans brand, published its Q4 and full-year FY2026 audited standalone financial results. For Q4 FY26, total revenue stood at ₹1,623.04 million with net profit of ₹152.30 million, showing ~10% YoY growth in profit compared to Q4 FY25. However, full-year FY26 revenue declined to ₹5,921.03 million from ₹6,181.80 million in FY25, and net profit fell to ₹474.24 million from ₹684.09 million, representing roughly a 31% drop. Despite the full-year decline, Q4 showed improved sequential and YoY profitability with PBT growing 8.8% YoY to ₹206.07 million. EPS for FY26 was ₹7.26 compared to ₹10.54 in the prior year. The results were approved by the Board on May 21, 2026.
The full-year profit decline of ~31% despite Q4 recovery suggests the company faced headwinds in the first half of FY26. The Q4 improvement is a positive signal for shareholders, but the overall FY26 performance indicates the stock may have experienced pressure due to weaker annual profitability.
