CSL Finance Ltd reported strong full-year performance with total income rising 19% to Rs 256.06 crore in FY26 from Rs 215.05 crore in FY25. Net profit after tax grew 19.4% to Rs 86.11 crore versus Rs 72.09 crore in the prior year. For Q4 alone, total income stood at Rs 68.80 crore and net profit at Rs 19.42 crore. Earnings per share improved significantly to Rs 37.80 (basic) and Rs 37.50 (diluted) from Rs 31.64 and Rs 31.30 respectively. The debt equity ratio increased slightly to 1.39 from 1.28, indicating higher leverage. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 10 per share (100% payout) comprising a normal dividend of 30% and a special dividend of 70%, subject to shareholder approval.
