DCB Bank shared its Q4FY25 investor presentation with key numbers. Total business crossed INR 1,10,000 crores, with balance sheet size at INR 76,810 crores (+21.85% YoY). Advances grew 24.73% YoY to INR 51,047 crores and deposits grew 21.64% YoY to INR 60,031 crores. Profit after tax was INR 177 crores for Q4 (+13.74% YoY) and INR 615 crores for FY25 (+14.81% YoY). Asset quality improved with Gross NPA falling to 2.99% (from 3.23%) and Capital Adequacy Ratio rising to 16.77%. The bank now operates 464 branches across 20 states, adding 7 in Q4. Net Interest Margin was 3.29% in Q4, while ROA stood at 0.95% and ROE at 13.57%.
Strong advances and deposits growth along with improving asset quality are positives, but NIM has compressed to 3.29% from 3.62% a year ago and cost of funds has risen, which may pressure profitability. Management has outlined multi-year targets (ROA 1%+, ROE ~14%, NIM 350-365 bps, GNPA below 2.5%) that, if achieved, could support a re-rating, though execution remains the key risk for shareholders.
