DCB Bank reported strong full-year results with net profit of ₹731.56 crore for FY26, up 18.9% from ₹615.33 crore in FY25. Total income grew 14.4% to ₹8,259.60 crore. For Q4 alone, net profit was ₹205.65 crore, up 16.1% year-on-year. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹1.45 per share (14.5% payout) compared to ₹1.35 per share last year. Asset quality improved with Gross NPAs falling to 2.45% from 2.99%, and Net NPAs at 0.89% from 1.12%. The Bank also approved fund-raising proposals including Tier II bonds up to ₹500 crore and equity issuance up to ₹1,500 crore via QIP. Joint Statutory Auditors issued an unmodified opinion.
Positive for shareholders with strong profit growth, improved asset quality, and higher dividend payout. The fund-raising proposals provide capital flexibility but may have mild dilution impact when executed.
