Dhansafal Finserve (formerly Luharuka Media & Infra) reported a 339% jump in Assets Under Management to ₹43.43 crore in FY25, up from ₹9.9 crore in FY24, driven by strong demand for secured MSME loans. Fresh loan disbursements during the year totalled ₹38.07 crore, while interest income more than doubled to ₹4.6 crore (up 207% YoY). Net worth strengthened significantly to ₹53.53 crore (up 246% YoY) on the back of capital infusion and retained earnings. The company now operates from 5 locations across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan, serving over 300 retail MSME customers. Management has guided for FY26 loan disbursements of ₹200 crore and AUM exceeding ₹250 crore.
Strong growth in AUM, interest income, and net worth signals rapid business scaling in the MSME lending space, which is positive for long-term shareholder value. However, the base was small, and the steep FY26 targets (AUM >₹250 crore) carry execution risk in a competitive lending market.
