Equitas Small Finance Bank has allotted 287,860 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to employees who exercised their stock options under the ESFB Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2019. The allotment took place on May 05, 2026. As a result, the bank's paid-up share capital increased from Rs. 1,141.29 crore to Rs. 1,141.57 crore, an increase of approximately Rs. 28.79 lakh. The new shares will rank equally with existing equity shares in all respects.
