Equitas Small Finance Bank has allotted 287,860 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to employees who exercised their stock options under the ESOP Scheme 2019. The paid-up share capital increased from Rs. 1,141.29 crore to Rs. 1,141.57 crore as a result of this allotment. The new shares will rank equally with existing equity shares in all respects.
