G R Infraprojects shared its Q4 FY25 investor presentation showing standalone total income of Rs 21,293 Mn (down 7.84% YoY) and EBITDA of Rs 3,484 Mn with a margin of 17.51% (vs 17.69% in Q4 FY24). Adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 15.49% from 13.71% YoY after netting out bonus/claim of Rs 475 Mn. Standalone PAT came in at Rs 3,712 Mn, boosted by an exceptional gain of Rs 320 Mn from the sale of an operational HAM project to Indus Infra Trust. Order book stood at a robust Rs 1,91,799 Mn as of March 31, 2025, with an additional Rs 51,663 Mn worth of projects where the company is L1 (lowest bidder), taking potential order book to Rs 2,43,462 Mn. Net Debt/Equity improved to 0.06x in FY25 from 0.10x in FY24, while net working capital days increased slightly to 117 days from 112 days. Full-year FY25 revenue from operations declined to Rs 65,156 Mn from Rs 77,880 Mn in FY24.
Strong order book visibility of ~Rs 2.43 lakh crore (including L1) provides revenue visibility for the next few years, though near-term revenue softness and rising working capital days are points to watch. Improved leverage profile and continued HAM asset monetisation through Indus Infra Trust are positives for shareholders.
