G R Infraprojects has published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year FY26. On a standalone basis, total income grew 23% year-on-year to ₹2,62,000 lakhs in Q4 and 15% to ₹8,08,126 lakhs for the full year. Net profit after tax increased 12% to ₹41,727 lakhs in Q4 and 23.5% to ₹99,606 lakhs for FY26. Basic EPS for FY26 stands at ₹102.95 versus ₹83.40 in FY25. On a consolidated basis, total income rose 9.5% to ₹8,52,727 lakhs, but net profit after tax declined 11% to ₹90,258 lakhs due to higher expenses and impairment charges. The company maintains a strong balance sheet with a low debt-equity ratio of 0.03 on standalone basis.
Strong standalone performance with improved profitability reflects healthy execution in the infrastructure business. However, the consolidated PAT decline despite revenue growth may raise concerns about subsidiary performance and could moderate positive sentiment for the stock.
