G R Infraprojects' wholly-owned subsidiary GR Amritsar Bathinda Highway Private Limited has received a Provisional Completion Certificate from the Independent Engineer for the development of a 6-lane greenfield highway section (NH-754A) from village Tiba to Dharamkot in Punjab. The project, part of the Amritsar-Jamnagar Economic Corridor under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I, had a bid project cost of INR 927 crore (excluding GST) and was executed in Hybrid Annuity Mode. The certificate was issued on 13th May 2026, with the project declared fit for commercial operation from 1st March 2026.
Project completion triggers the next phase of annuity payments under the Hybrid Annuity Model, providing a steady revenue stream for the subsidiary and parent company. This is a positive operational milestone confirming successful execution of a large infrastructure project.
