G R Infraprojects has secured an Advance Work Order from BSNL (on behalf of the Department of Telecom) for the design, supply, construction, installation, upgradation, operation and maintenance of the middle mile network of Bharatnet in the Kerala Telecom Circle. The contract is valued at approximately Rs. 1,257.29 crore and will be executed on a Design Build Operate and Transfer (DBOT) basis. The project duration is 3 years for execution followed by 7 years of operations and maintenance. This is a follow-up to the company's earlier announcement dated 9th November 2024 regarding the same tender.
This is a sizeable government telecom infrastructure order that strengthens G R Infraprojects' order book and provides multi-year revenue visibility. Positive for the stock as it confirms execution of a previously disclosed tender win.
