G R Infraprojects' wholly owned subsidiary Nasarpore Malotha Highway Private Limited has executed a concession agreement with NHAI for a highway upgradation project in Gujarat. The project involves converting a 60.21 km two-lane carriageway to a four-lane divided carriageway on NH-56, from Nasarpore Village to Malotha Village. The estimated project cost is INR 1,453.57 crores (excluding GST), to be executed under Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) with a completion period of 910 days from the appointed date.
This is a significant contract win worth over INR 1,450 crores, representing a new infrastructure order that will contribute to the company's order book and future revenue visibility.
