Gabriel India Limited has announced that a Composite Scheme of Arrangement involving Anchemco India Private Limited, Asia Investments Private Limited, and Gabriel India Limited has become effective from May 22, 2026. The scheme was sanctioned by the Hon'ble NCLT Mumbai Bench on May 11, 2026. Under the scheme, Anchemco India Private Limited amalgamates with Asia Investments Private Limited (Part C), and a demerged undertaking of Asia Investments is transferred to Gabriel India Limited on a going concern basis (Part D). The certified copy of the NCLT order and the scheme have been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
