The cutoff date for determining eligible shareholders is 20th September 2025. This intimation has been made under Regulation 42 of SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Investors who buy or hold shares must be on the company's register by the cutoff date to participate in the AGM.
Shareholders who are not on the register of members by 20th September 2025 will not be eligible to attend, vote at the AGM, or receive any dividends that may be declared. No buying or selling of shares will be processed during the 21st–27th September 2025 book closure window.
